While Ujjain’s identity is deeply tied to spirituality, many of its cultural and historical layers remain fragmented and difficult to engage with in a contemporary way. Existing experiences often prioritised information over interaction, making cultural exploration feel passive rather than participatory.

While its religious identity is deeply ingrained and well-supported, the stories and spaces around its cultural heritage often remain fragmented or overlooked within the tourism experience. It currently lacks a system that helps people see the depth of the city.
